1. Carbo Vegetabilis:
    This remedy receives bloating and gas in stomach with belching (burp/reflux)


2. Lycopodium:
    Indigestion especially after eating onions or garlic with bloating around waist and gas. Small mouthful fills up a persons’ stomach; goes hungry to the table but small mouthful of food causes bloating.

5. Nux Vomica:
    This remedies receives complaints arising from night watching, consumption of fatty and spicy foods and alcohol as well. Nux Vomica not only aids digestion but it also helps with insomnia and relieves hangover.


Dosage: It is recommended to start with 30 C potency as it works for most of the people. Repeat as required.
