PMS Symptoms seem minor, but only a woman knows the gravity of the situation! I’m not recommending any Homeopathic medicines today. PMS symptoms are a mixture of emotional and physical symptoms. Hence, can be best handled by a professional Homeopath. Read below 👇 for some wellness tips!
Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is a non- evident symptom based diagnosis. It is neither a serious form diagnosis nor a controllable situation to manage routine tasks or handle extra stress which makes it difficult 😞 for women to carry on 😓 with any stressors both physical and mental.
Common symptoms include:
  1. Anxiety
  2. Crying spells
  3. Mood swings and irritability
  4. Poor concentration
  5. Social withdrawal
  6. Change in libido
  7. Fatigue
  8. Headache
  9. Constipation/diarrhea
  10. Alcohol intolerance
  11. Abdominal bloating
Lifestyle changes such as getting plenty sleep, dietary changes like frequent small meals, eating plenty fruits and veggies 🥗 avoiding caffeine and alcohol 🍺 might help!
